We are one of the biggest design radiator and column radiator manufacturer in China. 20 years export experience and continue confidently moving forward.
Metal slitting
The production cycle begins with pipe slitting. We choose cold raw steel made in accordance with international standards. Upon receipt of batch, we conduct a thorough incoming inspection of raw materials for compliance with the declared characteristics.
The pipes were slit into strips of the required length by laser cutting machine. This ensures absolute compliance with the height standards for each size.
Welding
Welding of design and column radiators is a key production phase. All joint places are welded automatically by machines. There are 4 units 400KW and 2 units 250KW lap welders for design radiator and 8 units auto argon welders for column radiator, and other different welding machines for other products. All these make all radiators quality guarantee and working life.
Testing
After welding, each radiator is tested in a test bath, which is serviced by two operators. The finished device is completely immersed in a special protective solution under a pressure of 13 atmospheres. The slightest leakage appears within 2-3 seconds. Therefore, our radiators withstand and tests for strength, tightness and energy efficiency.
Surface treatment
We use the traditional technologies of chemical treatment, which includes cleaning, phosphating and painting. Complete degreasing of the pipes. Elimination of scale, dirt, the smallest fibers and dust particles. Protective nanoceramic coating with thickness of 100nm. Deep and technologically advanced surface treatment provides high paint adhesion and anti-corrosion protection of the radiator. It also helps to increase the shelf life of products and reduces sensitivity to low temperatures, which is especially important during transportation and storage in the cold season.
Painting
We use fail- safe and time-tested powder coating and baking technology. Particles of color powder with different charge tightly envelop the outer radiator, top and bottom heads, and inner surfaces with a layer of a given thickness. The cloud envelops the radiator-from below, from above, from the sides. The radiator then enters the baking. All RAL colors are available.
