Applications: it can be used in single-channel, multi-channel, monofilament and multifilament submerged arc welding for a variety of low-alloy structural steels with appropriate wires (such as H10Mn2).
Features: TH-SJ101 is a fluorine alkali type alkaline sintering flux with particle size of 10-60 mesh or 10-40 mesh. The alkalinity is about 1.8. It can be used in AC and DC dual purpose. The arc combustion is stable, the slag is easy to be removed, and the welding seam is formed beautifully. The weld metal has a high impact toughness at low temperature.
Precautions:
1. Before using, the flux shall be baked for 2 hours at 300-350 ℃.
2.Do remove rust, oil, water and other impurities in the weld zone before welding.
