There are generally two kinds of hot dipped galvanized, which are hanging plating, and blowing plating. The process of hanging plating steel pipe has the largest amount of zinc, which can reach more than 500g/m2. The steel pipe of blowing plating is about 300g/m2, while the welded pipe of galvanized strip has the least amount of zinc plating is only 60-150g/m2. The screw thread processing business can be started only after the steel pipe galvanizing is completed.
