• 1. Construction site should ensure good ventilation
  2. Drain the water inside of the pipe gun
  3. Checking whether the gun in Good Debugging
  4. Checking whether the material is matches the glue
  5. Clean the surface, without water, oil and Impurities
  6. Clear the fire, keep away from fire, heat, etc.

SPRAY POINT

• 1. Nozzle should be kept at 45 degrees with the surface of the material.
  Gun keep from surface of the material is preferably 0.5 meters
  2. For the normal requirements，Gun pressure should be adjusted to 6-8 kilograms
  3. According to actual requirements, the discharge line can be particles or mist fan
  4. Spray evenly, The layer should not be too thick or too thin.
  5. When Bonding materials are curvature, modeling, surface irregularities or porous, the surface shall be double-sided uniform coating
  

SUITABLE OPENING TIME

1. Even after spraying, according to the different product formulation and process , the opening time should be slightly different. Especially ,At low temperature, high humidity, the opening time should be extended.
2. The judgment of the opening time
3. Under normal circumstances, At low temperature and humidity, solvent evaporation of the glue is relatively slow, and there are likely to absorb moisture from the air, then forming a white vapor In  layer, seriously,it will affect the bonding performance, even bonding failure. Therefore, At low temperature and humidity, The opening time should be extended, the right opening time is that the layer will not stick with your finger when contacting the layer, but the opening time should not be too long, or it will lead to bonding failure.

THE BEST BONDING EFFECT CAN BE ACHIEVE WITH SUITABLE PRESSURE 

Pressure is an important factor affecting the bonding effect, no matter how good the quality of the glue is, Without proper pressure, glue is difficult to achieve the best bonding effect, high pressure is generally better, all actions must be completed within the pressurized viscous duration.

• 1. For the Piped glue customers, periodically clean accumulated plastic pipe (at least once a month per time), not only to prevent pipes get clogged, but also the glue become back by the rusted pipes and other phenomena.
  2. Better guarantee for the quality of the glue when cleaning pipes, we recommend using our special cleaning agent.
