1.The brief introduction of tempered glass.
Tempered glass is safety glass. It’s the glass of a kind of prestressing force actually. In order to enhance the strength of the glass that use the method of chemistry or physics normally, form the pressure stress in the surface of the glass. When the glass bear the outside force,the glass offset the surface stress firstly so as to improve the bearing capacity enhance the wind resistance itself, inpact strength.
The advantage of the tempered glass
First, The intensity is rised several times than common glass.
Second, It’s the security. The bearing capacity is increased. It improved the brittle quality. Even the tempered glass is broken, the pieces shows the small fragment without an acute angle. It’s reduce the harm to human body.

There are two large convection tempering furnaces of 2800*8000mm and 4200*2440 mm, one fireproof glass tempering furnace of 1600*3600mm production lines.
The maximum size of the tempered glass is8000*2800mm
The minimum size is 350*150mm
The thickness of the float glass is 3mm-19mm
The maximum size of the Half strengthened glass is8000*2800mm
The thickness of the Half strengthened glass is 4mm-12mm
The maximum size of curved tempered glass 2700*2400mm
The minimum size curved tempered glass is 600*400mm
The maximum radius is 1200m
The thickness of the float glass is 5mm-19mm
3.The support equipment: There are four water cutting equipment.
4.Package: Plywood, Wooden cases.
5.Container type: 20GP, 20OT, 20HQ, 40GP, 40HQ
