PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The alloy teeth are designed with TCG tooth shape for smoother cutting. The unique 12° front angle design for longer cuts. The middle hole is mainly installed on the shaft of the sawing machine. It is CNC chamfered with high precision and easy to disassemble. The locating holes are used to assist in fixing the saw blade while preventing slippage during saw blade cutting to avoid damage to the workpiece and the saw blade. Copper nails and expansion tanks help to dissipate heat while reducing friction, thermal expansion and deformation during saw blade cutting, thus extending the life of the saw blade. After reasonable rolling, the stress in the matrix is uniform and the deformation due to stress concentration is adjusted. At the same time, the surface strength of the substrate is greatly improved, and the service life and durability of the saw blade are improved.
