Serrated Steel Grating is a high anti-slip upgraded metal grating component based on standard steel grating. Made of high-quality Q235 carbon steel flat bars, it is stamped to form raised anti-slip serrations, then welded with twisted square bars by high-pressure resistance welding, with hot-dip galvanized (HDG) surface treatment for corrosion resistance. Its raised serrated structure creates a natural anti-slip surface, providing strong friction even in slippery environments such as wet, oily, icy and snowy conditions, while retaining the core advantages of steel grating: high load-bearing, drainage and ventilation. It is widely used in scenarios with high anti-slip requirements such as municipal trench covers, industrial platforms, outdoor walkways, parking lots, airport and is a core building material to ensure passage safety.
