Split-type toilets are relatively inexpensive, but dirt and grime may accumulate at the joints; integrated-type toilets have an aesthetic appearance and are easy to clean; wall-mounted toilets save space, but the installation cost is higher. There are mainly two types of flushing systems: direct-flush and siphon-flush.
