Product DescriptionSmall Dredge Boat, also called small horizontal sediment pump dredger, is designed to extract small particles of sediment. Small Dredge Boat uses high-speed impeller to form huge suction force to achieve efficient sand pumping operation. Small Dredge Boat is widely used in rivers, lakes, sedimentation tanks, mining pits and sediments. At present, ssmall dredge boat equipped with small sand suction pump is the main configuration of our fabricated sand dredger products. Maldives customers sent an inquiry about sand dredger. The working conditions were as follows.

• The water depth was 5-6m.
• The discharge distance was about 150m.
• The sand output was about 30m3/h.
• There were a small mount of large particles, no garbage, no branches.
• The small dredge boat was required to be quiet.
  
  

According to the customers’ requirements and the similar designing experience, our technical engineers recommended 8 inch small dredge boat, and the diesel engine was equipped with a silent box to reduce running noise.

The customers selected our small dredge boat construction plan after compared with other companies, then we signed the purchase contract. They required the delivery time was before mid-January, 2019. On January 4th, 2019, the production and commissioning was completed. We sent the small dredge boat test video to the customers, they were satisfied with the small dredge boat and payed the final payment. The small dredge boat was shipped on January 8th.
