Silo system/ Dosing system

Our automatic silo system is suitable for small and medium-sized food biscuit production factories. Adopting efficient, durable negative pressure conveying and dust-free techniques handling way aims to ensure the workshop is dust-free, clean and hygienic, reduce labor intensity and labor, and promote work efficiency but a low investment. Can be used directly in the original biscuit production line without changing the original equipment. Or start a new item. This machine can dose loose-packed powder, such as flour and sugar powder. Also can dosing liquid and semi-liquid, such as palm oil, shortening and water. Adopting a pneumatic conveying system for transport powder in the sealed pipe. Due to the weight measurement method, the error is less than 1kg. No dead angle in the pipe without using a screw conveyor. Adopting with pump conveying system for transport liquid in a sealed pipe. The flour dosing system consists of a bag dump station, flour screener, flour silo, magnetic separation machine and weight hopper.
The sugar powder dosing system consists of an online milling system(the amount of grinding depends on use). Avoiding caking and blocking in tubes, we don't store sugar powder. We only use artificial pour sugar or storage sugar granule.
Shortening and palm oil dosing system equipped with whole process insulation function. According to the different melting points of shortening and palm oil, our system can keep the material in a liquid state suitable for pipeline transportation under the lowest power consumption insulation temperature.
