Feida/paper feeding section inclined feeding section

☆ Adopting four suction and four feeding powerful Feida, the paper feeding is stable and smooth, and the height and angle of the suction nozzle can be adjusted accordingly.
☆ Adopting a unique spiral blowing and paper separation foot design, making the suction and feeding of paper smoother.
The Feida head components are imported from Taiwan and made of lightweight, superhard aviation aluminum alloy, which has undergone anodizing treatment. The overall rigidity, wear resistance, adaptability, etc. are unique. Equipped with 3 anti-collision designs and using photoelectric sensing to ensure safety.
The inclined paper feeding table design is more suitable for the transportation and positioning of high-speed thin paper.

Die cutting department
The main components of the host (crankshaft, worm gear, worm wheel) are made of imported high-grade alloy steel, which is precision ground and processed in Taiwan. The parts have high precision and are durable.
The host adopts an automatic pump oil circulation cooling device imported from Taiwan to forcibly circulate and cool the lubricating oil inside the machine, ensuring that the lubrication and machine pressure of each system running at high speed for a long time remain unchanged during cold and hot driving. And equipped with oil pressure display, oil pressure, and air pressure insufficient alarm devices.
The paper gripper teeth are made of high-quality ultra hard aluminum alloy profiles, which have undergone anodizing treatment on the surface. The material is lightweight, has low inertia, and strong rigidity, making it very suitable for high-speed operation. The transmission chain of the dental arch is pre tensioned to ensure consistent chain length and long-lasting deformation.
The power input end of the △ chain wheel shaft adopts an imported torque limiter, which has a unique and sensitive limiting and protective performance. It plays a protective role in the tooth arrangement, main chain, and upper and lower platforms of the equipment, especially for some human operation accidents and personal safety protection, showing great significance.
Adopting the design of a Japanese single point clutch, the paper feeding section and the main engine can be separated or synchronized at any time. Simplified operation, both sampling and pressure testing can be done freely.
The die-cutting pressure can be adjusted according to the paper quality, and can be increased up to 300 tons, making it easy to die-cutting various types of paper. And there is a work pressure protection device, which can automatically shut down for overpressure protection.
△ Adopting European Italian imported pneumatic clutch brake, it is sensitive, reliable, stable, and has a long service life.
The professionally designed pneumatic locking plate has completely changed the original mechanical cam mechanism, with simple and labor-saving operation, strong stability of the locking plate, and greater safety and reliability.
The lifting and retraction pressure is controlled by a Taiwanese deceleration motor, and the electronic control digital adjustment displays the height position of the die-cutting platform and the tonnage of the die-cutting pressure, with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which is precise and easy to operate.
The die-cutting frame is professionally processed as a whole, ensuring effective strength and accuracy. The bottom mold steel plate is made of imported materials with a hardness of HRC45-50 degrees, which is sturdy, durable and not easily damaged. The die-cutting frame adopts a pneumatic locking system.
7 imported paper gripper teeth, each with 10 precision paper gripper teeth pieces and matching teeth pillows. Single tooth alignment can be used for front and rear fine adjustment compensation to meet the requirements of product processing accuracy.
This machine adopts high-precision gap dividers produced by imported professional manufacturers, ensuring the reliability of machine operation and achieving high positioning accuracy even after long-term use.
Waste Disposal Department
The waste cleaning and quick installation positioning system reduces the adjustment time and can be used in conjunction with the pre installation platform (optional) to almost reduce the conversion and adjustment time of the waste cleaning part to zero
The waste discharge device adopts cam transmission, which is stable and reliable. The waste removal mold adopts linear bearing sliding, and the upper and lower mold frames are completely consistent. When the waste removal function is not needed, the paper removal action can be paused due to detachment.
◇ Triple cooperative waste cleaning device, capable of adapting to various graphic die-cutting box samples. The double-layer drawer style waste cleaning upper and lower molds can be quickly loaded and unloaded, and the waste cleaning tools can be adjusted.
Equipped with Taiwan imported standard waste cleaning needles and elastic top rods, combined to form a complete "punching pulling" action. The upper frame adopts an electric control lifting device, and the middle frame cleaning template is easy to adjust.
In the waste cleaning mechanism, the clutch of the waste cleaning action is electrically controlled, and the mechanism is simple and reliable. Equipped with a positioning mechanism for biting paper teeth, the machine can smoothly and accurately clean waste even during high-speed operation.
Secondary waste disposal system
The secondary waste discharge system removes the waste edge from the mouth and sends it out of the machine through a conveyor belt.
Non-stop paper delivery department
Fully automatic main and auxiliary paper delivery stations, easy to operate and improve production efficiency. Equipped with a flexible and adjustable side blowing device, the paper can be smoothly stacked from thin paper to thicker corrugated paper.
Equipped with two sets of power devices for the main and auxiliary tables, the machine can achieve continuous paper feeding without stopping during operation. The device has a single sample, which can be randomly checked for die-cutting quality at any time.
The use of a cylinder driven side paper collecting board and front paper blocking brush can adjust the amplitude and strength of the movement. Different types of paper can be neatly stacked whether running at low or high speeds.
After careful design of the paper delivery mechanism, the mechanical cardboard press can be combined with different multi panel products for smoother high-speed die-cutting. The fine adjustment of the brush can be adjusted in a timely manner during random operation, making it easy, reasonable, and effective to operate.
Electrical Control Department
The electrical appliances of this machine mostly use European and Japanese brand specifications to improve the quality of operation. The power speed control of the main engine adopts a variable frequency device, which operates stably and has a low failure rate.
Adopting advanced PLC programmable controller system, the circuit control program is simple and easy to maintain. The selection of materials for electrical components and electrical circuits meets the European and American national safety standards (CE standards)
