The GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by the joint design team of the two ministries according to the requirements of industry authorities, a large number of power users and design units. It is in line with the national conditions, has high technical indicators, can meet the development needs of the power market and can compete with the existing imported products. The device passed the appraisal jointly presided over by the two ministries in Shanghai in July 1996, and has been highly valued and affirmed by manufacturing units and power usage departments.
The Ministry of Electric Power Industry and the Ministry of Machinery Industry jointly issued the "Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning the Promotion and Application of GCS Type Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear" in the documents of An Sheng Yong [1997] No. 01 and Ji Zhong [1997] No. 01. At present, the GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear has been widely selected by power users.
The device is suitable for the power distribution systems of industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. It is also applicable in places with a high degree of automation, such as large power plants and petrochemical systems, where interfaces with computers are required.
