Its turbine products range from 50MW to 1350MW, covering a full series.
The ultra-supercritical once - reheat turbine is a flagship product of Shanghai Turbine Plant in the coal - fired power generation sector, with abundant operational experience and a high market share. The turbine’s power ranges from 660MW to 1350MW, with main steam and reheat steam parameters from 31MPa/600℃/610℃/610℃ to 32.5MPa/610℃/630℃/623℃. It adapts to wet - or air - cooled systems, and meets large - scale heating or industrial steam extraction needs. The feedwater heating system can be configured with 10, 11, or 12 stages, and the last - stage blade length can be 915mm or 1146mm, to accommodate different exhaust back - pressures. The turbine is of the ultra - supercritical, once - reheat, five - cylinder, four - exhaust (for 1000MW units: one single - flow ultra - high - pressure cylinder, one double - flow high - pressure cylinder, one double - flow intermediate - pressure cylinder, and two double - flow low - pressure cylinders; for 660MW units: one single - flow ultra - high - pressure cylinder, one single - flow high - pressure cylinder, one double - flow intermediate - pressure cylinder, and two double - flow low - pressure cylinders), single - shaft condensing type.
The Shanghai Turbine Plant’s once - reheat ultra - supercritical turbine uses advanced technologies like ultra - high - pressure cylinder design, “N+1” bearing support, new low - pressure inner cylinder support, low - stress structure, anti - particle erosion, shaft system stability, and smooth sliding key system. These technologies give the unit high efficiency, availability, easy installation and maintenance, long overhaul cycles (10 - 12 years), fast start - up, deep load - following, and flexible operation, reaching world - class performance levels.
