SE series industrial hoists are designed to meet the toughest working conditions in the business. Industrial hoists are often custom made to satisfy individual handling requirements. Now, our company has designed and manufactured a broad variety of industrial hoists available in lifting capacities ranging from 300kg to 3,000kg. We also offer ATEX rated explosion-proof hoists to safely lift and handle materials. SE series industrial hoists are widely used in the construction of bridges, tunnels, and dams, general concrete work, mining operation, oil and gas exploration, etc.
Main components of our industrial hoist:- Base landing platform
- Guide rail bracket and mast tie
- Drive unit and car
- Electrical system
- Boom
- Safety device
- Landing door
- Cable guide system
First, operators go to the base landing platform and press the up/down button. The hoist car will travel and automatically stop at that landing. Then operators enter the car, close car door and landing door, and start operation button in the car. The motor driven system steady drives the rack and pinion elevator to the target floor. When arriving at the target floor, operators just need close car door and landing door to finish lift operation.
Features1. Hoist car can be custom made to meet the customer’s individual requirements, including dimension, door, lifting capacity, lifting speed, and lifting height.
2. Reduction gears are chosen by customer.
3. Overload protection.
4. Centrifugal brake device provides reliable protection for operators.
5. Whenever a fault occurs, industrial hoist will automatically alert operators.
6. Fire alarm safety device is optional.
7. Custom explosion-proof hoist is available.
8. Heaters can be added to industrial hoist in areas with cold climates.
9. Pre-warning system for wind loads is optional.
10. Effective communication system can be provided for industrial hoist.
