The tracks are fixed to the shelf crossbeam at a certain angle. When purchasing, stack the pallets on the trolley (or guide rail), and the later stored pallets will push the original pallets inside; When the pallet from the outside pickup point is removed during shipment, the trolley inside will automatically slide towards the pickup point.
Access principle: Adopting the "first in, last out" access principle, goods are designated for one-way storage, suitable for storing large quantities of goods with few varieties.
Characteristic advantages: High storage density, saving 1/3 space compared to general pallet shelves; Forklifts only need to operate at the lower end of the shelf aisle, without entering the cargo storage aisle, which improves work efficiency; It can shorten the picking time and does not require special handling equipment.
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for storing small quantities of goods, with a warehouse utilization rate of up to 70%. However, the total depth of the shelves should not be too deep, generally within the depth of 6 pallets. The weight of a single pallet of goods is generally within 1500kg, and the height of the shelves is generally below 6m.
