Description

S45 long-life general semi-synthetic cutting fluid is made of selected lubricating, extreme pressure and anti rust additives. It is extensively used for machining of stainless steel, casting steel, aluminium alloy and copper alloy.

S45 long-life general semi-synthetic cutting fluid does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, sodium nitrite and phenols.

S45 long-life general semi-synthetic cutting fluid has excellent biological stability and low-foaming property.

S45 long-life general semi-synthetic cutting fluid has excellent performance of lubrication, rust prevention and cooling. It is suitable for traditional machine tools and flexible machining systems.

Usage

1. After cleaning the container, add the semi synthetic cutting fluid concentrate into water at room temperature, and add it while stirring until a stable aqueous solution is formed. Deionized water or tap water can be used.
