The Rotary Drum System adopts rotation movement, with automatic mold change device. It is mainly used in the PU foaming process of refrigerator door. With a variety of mixed production, automatic mold change features. Compared with manual mold change that normally needs half hour per fixture, up to 4 hours if 8 fixtures, but automatic mold change only need 5 minutes, which saves huge time and enhance production efficiency. Thanks to the electric motorized driver application for the actions, which reduces power consumption by 10%.
