Submersible sand dredger is designed and manufactured with optimized hydrodynamics technology for sand suction and silt clearing. This kind of submersible sand dredger is driven by electric motor. The submersible sand dredger is suitable for conveying liquid with solid particles including sand, gravel, cinders and tailing etc. The submersible sand dredger is mainly used in ribver, lake sand dredging, metallurgical industry, mining and thermal power plant, etc. Its wear resistant wet parts are made of hard metal (Chrome alloy).  The bearing assembly is composed of large diameter shaft and short overhang, so the submersible sand dredger will have long-term bearing life. The submersible sand dredger has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, simple operation and easy management.

1. High efficiency. The motor submerges under water so that its operation is not restricted by suction head, realizing high dredger suction ratio and more thorough dredging.
2. Best wear-resisting .Flow passage component of the pump is made of wearable high-chromium alloy material with good wear-resisting property and big flow passage way, making it suitable for transportation of mediums including mud with big solid particles, ore pulp, coal pulp and coarse sand etc.
3. Triple protection. Equipped with sensing probe of the motor to realize over-heating protection, water-intake inspect protection and oil chamber protection, ensuring long and safe pump operation under abominable working conditions.

Convenient and Cost saving. The entire equipment is simplified without auxiliary mixing equipment or injecting device, making the operation more convenient and the total investment lower.
