The whole production line includes the production process flow of raw materials (rice, wheat, etc.), screw feeder, rice washer, pulverizer, sakron powder receiving equipment, slurry mixing barrel, feed pump, colloid mill, storage barrel, feed pump, main machine rolling and drying, primary crushing, inclined conveying, granulation molding machine, sakron powder receiving equipment and automatic weighing and packaging equipment.

Main roller: our company adopts special steel for pressure vessel to replace the traditional casting roller, which greatly improves the safety performance and service life of the machine. At the same time, the heat conduction effect is better and the temperature regulation is more convenient.

Circulating oil supply system of bearing: in similar machines, the main roller bearing is generally protected by adding high-temperature grease. However, in the continuous operation of the machine, the high-temperature grease can not achieve circulating cooling and lubrication of the bearing. Over time, the bearing will be damaged and cause a waste of grease. In this product, our self-developed large bearing pedestal integrates the characteristics of bearing lubrication and cooling, oil circuit collection and oil recycling. The lubricating oil cools and lubricates the bearing through the oil inlet at the top of the large bearing pedestal, then flows slowly into the oil storage tank at the bottom of the bearing pedestal from the groove inside the large bearing pedestal, and then flows back to the oil tank through the oil outlet, so as to continuously cool and lubricate the bearing, which greatly improves the service life of the bearing. At the same time, the oil circuit circulation system makes the lubricating oil reusable, avoids the waste of lubricating oil and greatly reduces the production cost

Atomization spray device: in the previous production process, due to the long heating time, the water content on the surface of the small roll is reduced, and it is easy to produce problems such as hanging, yellowing and different thickness when the slurry is in contact with the small roll. Our company designs an improved atomization spray device to ensure the thickness and hardness of products by adjusting the size of atomization spray.

Pneumatic elastic blade: the screw + elastic adjustment mode is used to replace the traditional single screw or cylinder adjustment mode, which avoids the problem that the large blade will scratch the surface of the drying cylinder due to hard contact, and greatly improves the service life of the blade and the main roller.
