Refrigerator U shell fomring line（with CNC bending machine),or Refrigerator cabinet sheet metal line, or Refrigerator side panel line used for sheet metal forming of refrigerator U plate.It comprises loading machine, punching machine,180° turnover machine,CNC bending machine,Z-L bending machine, condense pipe attach machine, U-type bending machine and unloading machine.
Due to the use of long blade bending, CNC bending machine can overcome the problem of inaccurate forming at both ends of the rolling machine, with high forming accuracy and good appearance of the U shell.
Different from the rolling machine that can only complete one profile, the CNC bending machine can bend a variety of refrigerator shell profile, and can be applied to different materials and different thicknesses of the plate.Variety profile, multiple materials and thickness of the mold is stored in the system, and it can be changed with one key during production .
