Concertina Barbed Wire, also known as Blade Barbed Wire, Concertina Razor Wire, is a new type of protective net. It is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel plate or stainless steel sheet with sharp blade shape and high tension galvanized steel wire or stainless steel wire as core wire. Blade is manufactured with a high tensile reinforcing band providing maximum strength. This reinforcing band is substantially more difficult to cut or trample. In addition Cochrane incorporates a unique heavy duty steel clip designed to withstand a force of approx. 200lbs/100kgs, which cannot be parted by hand or with standard tools.

PACKAGING SYSTEM

Because Concertina Barbed Wire has sharp blades, it is necessary to pay more attention to the way of packaging.

1) Generally, Razor Barbed Wire will be made into a coil, and then we use waterproof paper and woven bag for packaging. These coils can be directly loaded into container. Or, 10-20 coils will be compressed together with steel belts to make it stronger. In contrast, the loading quantity of compressed package is much more than what is in loose package.

2) Small Corrugated Box packaging, Razor Barbed Wire coils can be put into small pieces of paper boxes separately, this method is mainly used for supplying supermarkets or stores which directly facing the end users.

3) Corrugated Carton packaging, corrugated cartons can be customized according to customer requirements, and then 3-5 coils of razor wire are stacked into one carton, separated by cardboard in the middle.

4) Pallet packaging, compressed Razor Barbed Wire can also be packaged with plastic film, packing belt and pallet.
