A solid hot-melt adhesive based on hygroreactive polyurethane with medium setting time.
RY65128 has been specifically formulated for profiles wrapping with paper, PVC.
It is used where high heat resistance and excellent reaction to humidity and solvents are required

Application temperature 140-160°C Feed speed 15-40m/min Suggestion 1.Not mixed with any other type of adhesive.
2.The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted.
3.If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,The glue temperature should be tuned down Storage

Attention:

The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine.
Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.
The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.
(The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)
The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C)
and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.
