We have our own QC team working independently on production site.
We have our own laboratory on site with perfect inspection instrument and equipment to ensure incoming raw material to be controlled and inspected.
There is a QC person on each production process to do in-process quality control.
We build up final inspection team to conduct 100% inspection on each piece of product before packing.
Finally we do random inspection on packed order before shipment.
To ensure above QC work to be strictly abide by and implemented, we have written quality standard, quality check instructions, quality check guidelines and procedures.

The owner and his family have experience in carpet industry more than 40years.Our factory is located in Jiaozhou, Shandong Province. Total land is over 68,000square meters and total construction is over 70,000 square meters. The first phase 32,000square meters of building has been finished and put into use.
we are fully integrated manufacturer , owns tufting, backing, automatic cutting, automatic sewing , manual sewing , inspection,packing processing.Every piece of rug is inspected before packing.We have 12- 4meter wide tufting machines in our facility, All tufting machines are from leading machinery manufactures such as Cobble, CMC and Tuftco.The factory can produce anti-slip gel foam as the back as well as very popular TPR backing,action backing,canvas backing and hot melt backing.
Our Yarn warehouse has regular stock yarn 700 tons, covering more than 200 colors and varieties of qualities, Which can meet order and sample requirements at any time.We use different material like polypropylene ,Polyester, wool, viscose to produce accent rug, kitchen rug, area rug,bath rug door mat,wall to wall etc. Our Finished Goods Warehouse is over 5000 square meters can help customers to share the storage pressure.
We have lab and a team to test all incoming materials, ensure them consistent and matching with customer’s request.We are improving the quality and creating new qualities with strong lab assists.
