The ZMABY pneumatic diaphragm small-flow regulating valve is a small-diameter regulating valve specifically developed for precise control of very small flow rates. It is suitable for precise control of very small flow rates and features a compact structure, small size, light weight, and convenient installation and maintenance. When regulating non-clean media, attention should be paid to preventing the occurrence of blockage and jamming, as the throttling gap is small. It is widely used in mainstream flow regulation scenarios for liquids, steam, and other media.
The pneumatic diaphragm small-flow regulating valve is an electric regulating valve tailored for certain special working conditions. It is made by forging the valve body and can easily be made into a high-pressure electric regulating valve. The size of the valve core can range from a processing difference of 0.15 to 15mm, and it can adapt to various different flow rate requirements. The electric actuator has a servo amplifier inside, so no separate servo amplifier is required. With input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and single-phase power supply, it can control operation and achieve regulation of flow parameters.
