1)Wire Dia.: Φ0.8mm~Φ1.6mm (The ellipticity of wire Dia. ≤0.005).

Coiled welding wire diameter: Φ0.8mm~Φ1.6mm (welding wire diameter ovality less than 0.005).

2)Speed: the design speed is 15m/s, and the natural working speed is 10-12m/s, the actual work speed is affected by

wire diameter and linearity.

rollers, total 52 rollers. The killing roller processed with 608 bearing.

Straightener: Inlet straightening is horizontal 2 groups + vertical 2 groups, 13 wheels each, 52 wheels total, straightening wheels use 608 bearing processing.

5)Traction and feeding capstan: Dia. is Φ560mm, horizontal installation (Horizontal installation of capstan shaft).
