The system adopts mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technology to evaporate and concentrate high-salinity wastewater, so as to realize industrial salt extraction, wastewater reduction and resource utilization. It is widely applicable to industries such as metal smelting, rare earth, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals and food processing.The complete set of equipment consists of the MVR preheating system, MVR evaporation and crystallization system, crystallization separation system, mother liquid treatment section, condensed water treatment system, tail gas absorption tower and other units. It adopts a multi-section water treatment process to achieve compliant wastewater treatment in the true sense.

Its core technology is the secondary steam partial pressure technology. Most of the secondary steam generated during evaporation is pressurized by the compressor and returned to the shell side of the falling film evaporator for heat exchange with the raw material liquid. A small part of the secondary steam is subjected to partial pressure and temperature rise by the compressor, then delivered back to the shell side of the forced circulation heater to exchange heat with the raw material liquid. This partial pressure technology not only meets the heat transfer requirements of forced circulation feed liquid with higher temperature rise, but also effectively reduces the overall energy consumption of the equipment.
