The YSLCSH500 multifunctional centrifugal oil filter machine is a new product developed to meet user requirements which can be used with YZYX120, YZYX130 and other series of oil press facilities. It also can be used separately.It is suitable for hydration and precision filtration of various of plant oil to realize the separating of oil and residue. Compared with the simple centrifugal filter this machine has the following characteristics:

1 Added hydration cylinder, can deal with hydration operation;

2 Independent electric control box, it is more convenient.

3 With heating pipe, can heat the crude oil and heat preservation to ensure the hydration quality;

4 Added timing control and time adjustable, push-to-start filtration and automatic stop;

5 Automatic circulation mixing when hydration, simple operation, save labor.

Structure and principle:

The YSLCSH500 multifunctional centrifugal oil filter is made up by the rack, filter cylinder, motor, transmission system, rotating drum, electronic control box and other components.

The working principle: the motor drive cylinder for high speed revolution through the transmission system, with the centrifugal force to achieve automatic separation of oil and residue. The crude oil flow into the the drum through hopper and high speed rotated to obtain a large centrifugal force. The centrifugal force of the heavy residue is bigger, so attach to the oil cylinder wall. Once the cylinder stop, centrifugal force disappeared, the oil flow out from the bottom of the barrel, the residue is still attach to the wall, so as to realize the separation of oil and residue.
