General description 

SLD type pump is horizontal, single suction, multi-sectional centrifugal pump, normally for transferring pure water without solid or the liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to pure water. Temperature of the liquid is not more than 80 ℃. Widely used for water supply and drainage in mines, factories and cities.

SLD type pump is normally made up of four parts, stator part, rotor part, bearings and shaft seals. 

Stator part, including suction section, mid-section, discharge section, diffuser etc. They were clamped tightly by tension bolts to be working room. Normally suction horizontal and discharge in vertical. 

Rotor part, including shaft, impeller, balancing disc and shaft sleeves and so on. 

Bearings, there are rolling bearing and sliding bearing. For pump with single stage head is less than 60m normally with rolling bearing. But for model 100SLD85-67 and 150SLD155-67, less than 6 stages with rolling bearing, while 7/8/9 stage are with sliding bearing. 

Shaft seal: there are packing seal and mechanical seal.
