From the supplier
Corn kernels enter the two parallel counter-rotating rollers from the hopper. The two rollers rotate relative to each other at differential speeds, breaking the corn into several pieces through extrusion and shearing forces. The gap between the two rollers is precisely adjusted by handwheels on both sides – the larger the gap, the fewer pieces and bigger the granules; the smaller the gap, the more pieces and smaller the granules.
The corn cracking machine is available in models 200, 240 and 300.
