Product features:
*Accurately measure the reference target coordinates of the inner layer board using an X-ray camera, and compensate and align each inner layer board with high accuracy using a high-precision X-Y-Y alignment mechanism (PAT). Melt the aligned inner panel using a fusion method
*High precision positioning is achieved through a high-precision X-Y-Y alignment table using the PAT method
*The retry method confirms the positioning accuracy in a tightly bonded state between the upper and lower inner layers. If it is recalibrated beyond the set value, there will be no interlayer deviation defects
*No need for previous drilling process, no need for inner layer drilling, no need for PP station drilling process. Dust free because there is no drilling process, no chips are generated. Fully automated through additional investment, the discharge machine can achieve full automation
