Middle-East heavy duty steel scaffolding prop is a support member widely used in vertical structural support, which can be adapted to the vertical support of floor templates of any shape. Its support is simple and flexible, and it is convenient to install. An independent steel scaffolding prop consists of inner pipe, outer pipe, nut, base plate and top plate.

Material: Steel Grade Q195 / Q235 / Q345
Inner tube diameter: 48mm
Outer tube diameter: 60mm
Tube thickness: 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.2mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm etc.
Adjustable length: 600-1000mm, 900-1500mm, 1200-2000mm, 1800-3200mm, 2000-3500mm, 2200-3900 mm, 2500-4500mm, 3000-5000mm, 3500-5500mm etc.
Surface finish: dip paint, powder coating, pre-galvanized, hot dipped galvanized
Base/top plate: 120X120X4mm /4.5mm/5mm, 150X150X6mm
Base/top plate shape: flower, square
Packing: in bundles or in bulk

Important instructions for installation of Middle-East heavy duty steel scaffolding prop:
· After installation, please check the props carefully before use.
· Observe props spacing according to the project.
· The load capacity of the column and the engineer's design must be observed.
· The load acting on the column is vertical and centered. There is no horizontal load acting on the column.
· Check formwork and scaffolding props installation before concreting.
· Pouring must be carried out from a height that does not cause strong shaking of formwork or props.
· Avoid sudden emptying of concrete buckets onto the formwork.
· Stripping of formwork and removal of Middle-East heavy duty steel scaffolding prop shall be carried out only when the concrete strength is sufficiently high.
· Check the condition of the prop before starting any disassembly operation.
· After demolition, props have to be stacked regularly.
