The Process
During spinning, these materials are conjugated to form silks. They are then spun intoyarns containing 96 filaments of 150 Denier diameter (150D/96F) that arewoven into tex.tiles. After weaving, the material undergoes a heat and texturizing process which splits thepolyester and polyamide components fiber into 16 ultra-thin filaments. The final fibers havemaximum surface area, an angular shape, and micropores between every fiber.
