Magnesium wall panel (GM aerated wall panel)

For magnesite wall panel, light calcined MgO is adopted as cementing material, magnesium chloride (Mgcl2) as mixing agent, vacuum bubbles, saw dust, coal ash, slag powder and other industrial residue or crop straw powder and rice husk powder as the filler, glass fiber, short reed or bamboo skin as the reinforced material and modified materials is added to make the wall panel through matching, mixing, molding and curing. Magnesite wall panel is a new composite material product and also a new product of resource recycling and comprehensive utilization. Wall panel is the product of factory prefabrication for site assembly with good quality, high precision and it can be sawed, planed, drilled and nailed. The product is a kind of green environmental protection product without the discharge of three wastes and radioactive element.

Product introduction

◎The inorganic materials such as MgO,MgCl2 is mixed with additive to make slurry in which the air is added to form numerous micro single holes with honeycomb structure, which made the product lighter than wood and can float on the water. 

◎The air is the best sound and thermal insulation material. It will greatly improve the sound insulation and heat preservation effect by adding the air.

◎Because the main materials are fully inorganic materials, so the wall panel absolutely belongs to inorganic incombustible materials.

◎Because the antiseptic short fiber is added as framework, the slurry will congeal with the fiber together after hardening, which greatly enhances the performance of fracture resistance, compression resistance and impact resistance of the cement with work efficiency being improved by more than 10 times.

◎Because it is dry method installation of large pieces, compared with the wet method masonry of clay solid brick and hollow brick, the work efficiency can be improved by more than 10 times.

◎Because the size is correct, the surface is smooth after installation. The length and the size can be arbitrarily cut with very convenient installation.

◎The finished wall panel surface is very flat but not smooth, so the wall can be directly paint or decorated without shedding.

◎The thickness of the wall becomes thinner after using the aerated lightweight wall panel, which increases the effective using area.

◎Because the wall panel is porous and can be nailed, planed and drilled, so it will be more convenient than other walls on the water and electricity pipe installation and wire embedding construction.

◎Aerated wall panel is used for inner partition wall of frame structure and the cost will be saved about 15% compared with the hollow brick and Taibo board.

◎Because this product will not use soil and make use of the industrial and agricultural waste, it is a real green building materials and a good product that benefit the country and the people.

Characteristic

Lightweight: the proportion is 0.55. It is the concrete which can float on the surface.

Because NM vacuum technology is adopted for GM wall panel with proportion of about 0.55 that is 1/8 of the concrete and 1/4 of the hollow brick, which can reduce the dead load of the building, reduce the economic investment of the foundation and structure, reduce the construction difficulty of soft foundation, improve the quality of foundation construction and reduce the comprehensive cost.

Thermal insulation: thermal conductivity is 0.12 which is 1/10 of the concrete. 

A large number of vacuum bubbles are produced inside the GM wall panel during the production. These bubbles form a static air layer that makes the thermal conductivity coefficient of the wall panel only 0.12W/m.k. It is an excellent heat insulation building material.

Fire resistance: wall panel---4 hours fire resistance

Sound insulation: 45dB----transmission loss

NM vacuum foaming technology is adopted for GM wall panel (microporous structure is densely covered inside the wall panel, which can effectively block the transmission and absorption of the sound)

Versatility: GM wall panel can be used as external wall panel, inner wall panel, roof panel, floor panel, enclosing wall panel and sound-absorbing wall panel after adding the stee bar according to the bearing requirements.

Shock resistance: it has an excellent anti-seismic performance.
