7,500 laborers, 10 days, 1,000 beds, several isolation wards, and 30 intensive care units. China finished building an emergency hospital set up specifically to tackle the oronavirus, it is called Huoshenshan hospital.

Using thousands of prefabricated container units is the key to constructing a building at such a fast speed, Instead of first building the foundation and then following up with the superstructure (ie. the steel frame, the building, and the cladding), container units allow the construction of the foundation and the building envelope to take place in parallel. So the pre-fabricated container modular, which would be the Lego blocks that you would can see being craned in, are actually fabricated off-site in a factory at the same time the foundations are being prepared on-site.

The brand new smart ward is equipped with high-intelligent voice camera and multiple virus monitoring device as well as basic custody device, which can remotely make diagnosis online, continuously control and monitor patients' status and physical data in real time, realize 1 person monitor 2000 isolation wards online at the same time, and assign doctors to provide timely treatment according to the severity of patients monitored by the system; also, this system is a barrier-free remote communication platform for medical staff and patients' relatives;
•An outdoor monitoring window for regular rounds

The floor-type monitoring window of the ward adopts the glass with low reflection and high transparency, and sound and heat insulation, the external voice interaction system and the curtain switch, which can observe and communicate with the patient closely outside the window, to further protect the safety of medical staff and relatives.

•Haier rapid sterilization and purification system

With Haier rapid sterilization and ventilation device in ward, combined with negative oxygen ion humidification measures, the actual measured effective negative oxygen ion reached 3500n/cm³, the ward realizes comprehensive cleaning and sterilization for 72 seconds/time; at the same time, sterilization and filtering unit at the external air outlet can ensure the safety of the air outside the ward;

•Extraodinary tighness performance

The double-layer isolation door is made of high-level steel screen door with high safety and airtightness. The integrated floor-type observation and monitoring window has built-in blinds to adjust the light, which can realize micro ventilation when it is not opened; the whole ward is built with internal multi-layer medical-level isolation wall material, and the isolation layer adopts the unit seamless welding closure technology to achieve the full closure of the isolation area;

•The medical isolation cabin integrates Haier Cloud Construction fabricated bathroom, SMC or FPB composite integrated waterproof chassis, which forms a complete space with the wallboard and roof, and the inner parts are matched with V&H intelligent bathroom to form an overall solution for the bathroom.

The medical cabin is equipped with multiple power generation expansion system and integrated of photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage, diesel units, so that it can adapt to situations and applications in different places;

Lida Flat Pack Container House is steel-frame structure, consisted with roofing frame, corner pillar and floor frame. All parts are prefabricated in factory and installed in site. Based on modular standard container house, container house can be grouped in horizontal and vertical. Flexible in layout and prefabricated to achieve different function purpose.

2、 forklift hole is optional.

3、 shipment: 6 units of standard 20ft container house can be loaded into a 40ft HQ container; 

4 units of standard 20ft container house can be flat packed as a SOC container with the same size of a 20ft shipping container ; 

6 units of 20ft container house with 2990mm width can be loaded into a 40ft  OT container

Q: Are you factory or trading company?

A: Our Lida Group have main factory named Weifang Henglida Steel structure Co., Ltd., which is in Weifang city. Qingdao Lida construction Facility Co., Ltd. is in Qingdao city. Shouguang Lida Prefab House Factory is in Shouguang city, all of them are in Shandong province.

Q: How about your production capacity?

A: Pre engineered steel structure building (warehouse/workshop/hangar/shed/high rise apartment): 50000 sqm monthly. Prefabricated house (portacabin/labor camp/site office): 100000 sqm monthly. Prefab affordable house (low cost family/residential/refugee): 4200 units monthly. Flat pack container house: 800 units monthly. Light steel villa: 10000 sqm monthly.

Q: How about your quality control?

A: We have got certificate ISO9001:2015, certificate CE EN 1090. Products processing through cutting, bending, welding, shot blasting, ultrasonic testing, packing, storing, loading to ensure no quality defects.

Q: Is third party inspection available?

A: SGS, BV, TUV, etc. are available, it is according to client requirement.

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Generally within 30 days, it is according to order quantity, partial shipment is allowed for big order.

Q: What about the installation?

A: We'll provide the detailed installation drawing, supervisors guiding installation is available. We can do turnkey job for some kind of projects.
