CQD12W/CQD15W series mast reach electric stacker has the dual function of normal type electric stacker and counterbalanced electric stacker. When the mast reaches, it has the features of the counterbalanced electric stacker, When the mast retracts, it has the features of ordinary electric stacker, so that the operating center of gravity is within the body, not only to increase the stability of travelling, and reduce the turning radius. Steering is light and flexible, with good handling performance. Mainly used in the narrow aisle of the factories, enterprises, logistics and warehouses and other indoor occasions.
Advantages:STRUCTURAL
Long handle structure makes it steering light and flexible.
Two lifting cylinders placed on outer sides of the mast.
Germany imported special steel mast.
Vertical driving wheel with Compact structure, small turning radius;
SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY
AC traction motor without brush with regenerative braking.
Tilting system forks easy for loading and stacking.
Meter with BDI, prolonging the battery's using time.
The low voltage protection system is used to extend the service life of battery.
The brake adopts electromagnetic brake, simple and reliable structure, the braking distance is short.
With emergency stop switch and electricity lock button, and multi-valve controlling levers.
The adjustable regulator valve can adjust the lowing speed of the masts.
