Introduction to XPS Extruded Board & Tile Backing Board Products
This XPS extruded board and special tile backing board are both made of high-quality polystyrene through high-temperature extrusion and foaming to form closed-cell rigid foam boards. They are suitable for multiple scenarios such as building insulation and reinforcement of tile paving bases, and have the core characteristics of high compressive strength, low water absorption, and dimensional stability. They meet national standards and engineering construction standards, and are the preferred materials for home decoration and industrial decoration.

XPS Extruded Board: The closed-cell rate is ≥95%, the thermal conductivity is ≤0.030W/(m・K), it is Class B1 flame-retardant, the compressive strength is ≥200kPa, the volume water absorption rate is ≤1.0%, and the dimensional stability is ≤1.0%. It is lightweight and heat-insulating, waterproof and anti-deformation, and is suitable for insulation projects such as building exterior walls, roofs, floor heating, and cold storage. It can be matched with fire isolation belts to meet high-rise construction requirements. The conventional specification is 1200×600mm, and the thickness can be customized from 20-100mm.

XPS Tile Backing Board: Customized for tile paving. The high-density model has a compressive strength of ≥350kPa and a water absorption rate of ≤0.5%. The surface is compatible with tile back glue and bonding mortar, ensuring firm bonding without hollowing. It is weather-resistant and anti-shrinking, effectively solving the problems of cracking and falling off of the tile paving base. It is suitable for tile paving scenarios such as kitchens, bathrooms, terraces, and exterior walls. The wall model has a thickness of 6-12mm, and the floor model has a thickness of 15-25mm. Tongue-and-groove/straight edges are optional to meet various construction needs.
