This product is an aerosol type thermoplastic acrylic self-drying paint, which is a spray paint specially designed for road markings. Inverted spray, can be sprayed by hand and machine, with uniform film formation, bright colors, fast drying, flat non-reflective, convenient construction, ultraviolet radiation resistance, mechanical friction resistance, high mechanical strength, non-stick tires,water resistance, alkali resistance, etc. Performance.

APPLICATION

1.Before use, please clean the dust,oil stain and other things in the construction site, and keep the construction site dry without water and fog;

2.Before use, shake the can evenly for 2 minutes until the contents are fully mixed before use,

3.The spray point of the spray head is about 15-25cm away from the surface of the sprayed object, and the moving speed is about 25-35cm/sec. Invert and spray at a uniform speed;

4.If more than one spraying is required, the spraying interval should be 5-10 minutes

5.This product can be used in cement, metal, glass, ceramics, clay brick marble, wood, other materials please use carefully. Small area trial shall be carried out before construction, and construction can be carried out only after there is no adverse reaction.

6.Only the original nozzle can be used for inverted spraying. After inversion it can be used at an angle of 45°. It is not allowed to stand upright or parallel with the work piece to be constructed. It is not allowed to replace it with a common spray nozzle to spray according to the traditional self spray paint.

DIRECTIONS

1.When storing the unused spray paint,put the spray paint tank upside down and press the spray nozzle for 2-3 seconds,and clean the spray nozzle to prevent blocking.

2.In order to prevent the can from rusting,do not put it in a place with heavy moisture.

3.Do not put it in the car,the heater or the place easy to fire. 

4.When there is paint liquid in the can that needs to be thrown away,please spray it on the newspaper outside without fire source,and then throw it away after it is completely dry.

PRECAUTIONS

1.When sticking to the skin,please wash it with plenty of soap and water.If you still feel unwell,please go to the hospital immediately.

2.If it fall into the eye accidentally,please wash it with plenty of water.If you still feel unwell,please go to the hospital immediately.

3.In case of any discomfort during operation,please stop working immediately and rest in a well ventilated place.

4.The normal use temperature of the product is 5℃- 35℃,the recommended construction temperature is 18℃ - 25℃ and the relative humidity is 50-60%.

5.The product shall be constructed in a well ventilated environment.The site construction personnel shall wear gloves and goggles.Smoking or open fire are not allowed at the construction site.

6.This product should be kept out of children's reach.Once the skin,clothing and other adhesive wet glue are adhered,it should be removed with diluent immediately.

7.This product is inflammable.Keep away from the fire source when using. Do not pierce or burn the tank.

8.It is not suitable to spray too thick at one time to avoid sagging.

9.Store in a cool and dry place at 0-45℃,not in the sun.
