Biomass sawdust flat die pellet machine is a new type of pellet machine specially developed for biomass raw materials. It is suitable for granulating a variety of biomass raw materials. The gearbox gear adopts high-quality alloy steel, special surface heat treatment process, and finely processed by grinding, smooth transmission, low noise, large carrying capacity, low temperature rise and long life. The box body increases strongly, and the pressure tolerance is greater.

Flat die wood pellet mill is good pelletizing equipment for animal feeding. Wood pellets are highly absorbent animal feeding which helps to reduce your feeding consumption, cleaning time and quantity of disposal. They absorb up to 4 times their weight in moisture and ammonia to keep animal territory cleaner and fresher.

Our Flat Die Mill is used for compressing a variety of fibrous biomass material: grain, firewood,tree branches,wood meal ,fruit hull,palm,and trailing of cotton plant ,corn (maize) husks, peanut shells, rice husks, corncobs, wheat biproducts, sunflower seed shells, sawdust, cotton stalks, weeds, house refuse, waste plastic and similar types of factory waste. It is also suitable for raw materials which are otherwise difficult to pelletize owing to low bonding ratios. All of organic bacterial manure, organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer can be also pelletized by our machines at low temperatures.
