Automobile leaf spring is the most traditional elastic component in the automobile suspension system. It has been widely used due to its advantages of good reliability, simple structure, short manufacturing process, low cost and greatly simplified structure. Automobile plate springs are generally composed of several unequal-length alloy spring steels to form a set of spring beams of similar strength. In addition to cushioning in the suspension system, when it is placed vertically in the car and connected with a fixed hinge at one end of the frame, it can bear the role of transmitting all forces and torques in all directions, as well as determining the trajectory of wheel movement, and playing a guiding role. Therefore, there is no need to set up other guiding mechanismsIn addition, the spring of the car plate is superimposed by multiple pieces.
