1. Product description

Reverse osmosis process uses semi permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids,organic, pyrogens, sub micron colloidal matter and bacteria from water. Feed water isdelivered under a pressure of approximately 16 kg/cm2 through reverse osmosis membranes. Waterpermeates the minute pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to drain. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of organic, including pyrogens, and 99%bacterials in the feed water.

3. Equipment consumables replacement cycle

Consumables need to be replaced regularly
a. Quartz sand: Replace approximately every 15 months. 50kg/bag
b. Activated carbon: Replace approximately every 15 months. 25kg/bag
c. Resin: Replace approximately every 15 months. 25L/bag
d. PP filter element: Replace approximately every 1 month
e. RO membrane: Replace approximately every 2 years
We recommend that customers purchase 1-2-year PP filter elements with the machine, because these PP filter elements need to be replaced every month.
