Introduce：
The blue gray high-speed laminating machine adopts ultrasonic welding technology to automatically produce the main body of 2-5-layer butterfly masks (such as the 9001 and 9002 series masks of 3M company). Automatic completion of the operation, manual feeding and automatic blanking; including the process of coil feeding, nose strip feeding, mask pattern welding, mask cutting, main body blanking.
Through the cooperation of feeding system, cloth forming system and nose beam forming and cutting system, the main body of butterfly mask is produced. In order to meet the market demand, the mold can be replaced simply to adapt to the production of various butterfly masks.
