Customized high-precision heavy-load nano-material air filter, with a filtration accuracy of 99.9% @ 3um, effectively protects main engine and bearings. The lubricating oil filter has an accuracy of 99.9% @ 10um, providing clean lubricating oil for the compressor main. The efficient oil separation system, with tangential intake and internal baffles, separates most of the oil droplets under the action of centrifugal force, gravity, and. After the aggregation and filtration of the oil separation core, the oil content in the exhaust is less than 3ppm.
The cooling system is designed based on the ambient temperature of 46°C. The screw compressor uses a dedicated coolant to provide good lubrication and cooling for the compressor. The fan blades of the cooling fan are optimized so that the noise is lower without changing the efficiency. A reasonable flow field design in the cabinet provides good cooling the electrical and motor parts, maintaining a suitable temperature in the cabinet. The design of the upper exhaust allows the user to easily install the exhaust pipe.
