Taishan Turf owns a large-scale modern production base in City Leling, North China, while seting up its marketing center in Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Jinan and so on. Taishan Turf and East China University of Science and Technology jointly found the ECUST (East China University of Science and Technology) Taishan Sports New Materials R&D Center. Now Taishan Turf has taken the lead in artificial turf industry and joined the top 3 rank in the global artificial turf industry.
Taishan soccer turf get the very first FIFA certification in China. Until now, we have over 20 FIFA tested turf products and over 50 FIFA certified fields all over the world such as China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, Ecudor, South Africa. Etc….

As the soccer turf using frequency is much higher compared with other function turf, if the fiber is not good in anti-abrasion, the fiber will meet problem of split, fibrillation easily and shorten the field life. Taishan Soccer turf has passed 30 000 circles of LISPORT XL which is much higher than FIFA requirement as 6020 circles.
Another important factor shorten the soccer turf life is the fiber weathering.
The other factor that determines artificial turf life is the aging of fiber. It will have fiber crushed and fibrillating problem. The newest FIFA Quality Concept 2015, the standards require the breaking strength of fiber after UVA340 of 5000h no less than 50% and Grey scale no less than level 3. Our result is over 80% reserved after 6000h of UVA340 and Grey Scale is over Level 4.
