The mug adopts the process of grouting, which is a pure manual Technique. products with complex or irregular shape that can not be formed by traditional machine pressure can be used for grouting production, which has high requirements for environmental temperature, humidity and seasonal changes, so the quality requirements of grouting products are also relatively high.
The performance of grouting products is better than that of ordinary mechanical pressure products
1. The water absorption is relatively low, kept below 5%, and the water in the mud can be absorbed by the gypsum smoothly through the mud layer adhered to the mold wall
2. Unique shape, like square, semicircle, ellipse, heart shape or some customer specific shapes
3. The slurry has good fluidity, and the grouting process adopts manual grouting. When pouring the slurry, a continuous thin line will flow out, so that the slurry can be more easily retained in all parts of the model
4. It has good stability and is not easy to deform. After forming, the embryo body is evenly glazed
5. It can be applied to small quantity, personalized and customized products
6. The material is food grade safe and can approve microwave, dishwasher
