DESCRIPTION
The most important by-product of rice whitening & polishing process is rice bran. In order to maximise its commerical and nutritional value, bran must be free of rice tips, broken rice and also husk. An efficient separation will not only ensure higher value of rice bran but also increase the value of rice tips.
Application of intelligent flexible rice bran separator in rice processing and oil technology: oil bran - intelligent flexible rice bran separator - oil bran powder/rice bran - pure rice bran commodity sales - pure oil bran oil extraction. The intelligent flexible rice bran separator is a device that efficiently separates rice bran, broken rice, and bran powder from a mixture through flexible kneading and forced centrifugal force. It also removes dust and impurities between particles, making the surface of the particles smooth and polished, thereby effectively utilizing the by-products of rice processing and increasing the economic benefits of enterprises. The horizontal structure has the advantages of long processing route, sufficient kneading, and good separation effect of bran and rice. This product adopts a parallel twin structure, which can increase the output and efficiency.

5. Solve the problem of material blockage: The intelligent flexible rice bran and rice cake separator is coated with Teflon material on all the contact surfaces between the internal and oil bran, completely solving the processing problems of easy adhesion and material blockage of oil bran;
6. Food grade materials: Equipped with LED light vision system, the inlet and outlet surfaces are made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel material, ensuring food safety and cleanliness.
