Ring gauge
Bottom hole plug gauge and ring gauge are precision ground. It is used to check the size of the bottom hole before the installation of the wire threaded sleeve. It is used when the workpiece accuracy is high or to identify whether the tap is worn or not. It is the most standard bottom hole and an important basis for the detection of the threaded sleeve.
The wire screw plug gauge is also called ST bottom hole thread plug gauge, which is used to check the threaded bottom hole for installing the wire screw sleeve. General plug gauges are divided into pass gauges and stop gauges. During the inspection, if the pass gauge can pass smoothly, and the stop gauge enters within two pitches, it is judged that the inner thread of the wire screw sleeve is qualified.
The wire screw ring gauge is used to detect the accuracy of the external thread of the wire screw sleeve. The through end is one piece, and the end end is one piece. Hand polished to provide standard precision and wear resistance.
