SPD300 is a high security data destruction machine, crush material for SSD chips, computer chips, credit card, to DVD and CD, it can crush them into powder for under 1*1mm.
How to process
Two steps shredding
A, the whole e-media shred in scarps in primary crushing by two shaft shredder.
B, the shredding particle form first step shredder will fall into the second step hammer mill, the final size is determined by mesh screen from 0.8*0.8mm to 5*5mm ,we provide various size of mesh screen to meet customer’s requirement.

Air filtration system, it can absorb the dust comes from crush period; avoid the air pollution caused by dust spread.
