From the supplier
The protective cover for the spraying robot is mainly applied in the spraying workshops of automobile factories. It aims to protect the working environment of the robot, improve the quality of the paint spraying, and enhance the working efficiency of the robot.
The fabric of this protective suit is elastic fabric, which requires tailoring and design to fit the body and not hinder the movement of the robot. Elastic bands are added to shrink the edges of each segment, and loose positions are added at stretching locations to ensure its ductility and aesthetics.
Material properties:
A. Wear resistance: no pilling and no fiber falling after friction.
B. Ductility: tensile ductility: 20%-50%. The fabric is dimensional stable, does not deform, has good resilience, and can be washed repeatedly.
C. Fiber shedding rate: less than 5 fibers per square centimeter.
D. Corrosion resistance: the material is soaked in alkaline detergent for 24 hours, the strength remains unchanged, no pilling, no fiber falling, no deformation, and normal resilience.
E. Paint adsorption: advanced weaving technology can adsorb paint and prevent dripping.
F. Antistatic level: 1x105 ~ 1x1011 Ω.
