The new energy dry-type transformer is a specialized power equipment specifically designed for renewable energy projects such as photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, and energy storage substations. It can increase the low-voltage power of new energy sources to 10kV or 35kV and then transmit it through the lines to the outside. Based on the principles of self-magnetism and structural design, it is optimized through the assistance of SolidWorks software and simulated and verified by the Ansys software. It is suitable for harsh environments such as sandstorms, salt fog, extreme heat and extreme cold, and can also cope with demanding load conditions such as harmonics and DC offsets. It features low energy consumption, high safety, easy installation and maintenance, flame retardancy and explosion-proof properties, and is widely used in the renewable energy field. Reliable and efficient, specially designed for harsh environments, it ensures stable operation of the wind farm and reduces power generation losses. Integrated intelligence, factory prefabrication, and rapid deployment; intelligent monitoring, enabling unmanned operation and predictive maintenance. Integrated intelligence significantly reduces construction and lifecycle maintenance costs, and enhances the return on investment. The core function of the prefabricated substation is to convert the low-voltage alternating current from the new energy power generation system into medium-voltage alternating current and feed it into the power grid.
