Q3. What is your warranty policy?
A: One year or 100,000km for on road trucks as tractor truck or 6 months or 60,000km for off road trucks as dump truck, which comes to the first for the engine, gear box, and axles. We have offices in Tanzania, Zambia and Philippines to provide warranty service, and we have distributors in different countries all over the world to assist.
Q4. How will you offer the after sales service?
A: We have set up over 240 spare parts centers and service outlets all over 80 countries, professional after-sales team solve your after sales problem within 3 working days or 5 working days, and all spare parts are available for you.
Q5. What kind of payment terms are available?
A: A: 30% as deposit, and 70% before shipment, all by T/T.
B: 30% as deposit, and 70% against B/L copy, all by T/T
C: 30% as deposit by T/T, 70% by L/C before shipment.
D: 100% L/C before production.
